The Barefoot Path in Madeira

The well-known Barefoot Path in Hotel Jardim Atlantico was created with the desire to create something new, unknown and innovative that could be integrated in nature.

The barefoot path is approx. 800 m long and it is made up of several natural elements from Madeira's nature such as pines, black sand, golden sand from the neighboring island of Porto Santo, beach pebbles among others, elements that provide a sensation of well-being and harmony, and a purported to be highly benefitial for reflexology and overall health.
