Porto Santo is the sister island of the neighbouring Madeira Island. It is well known for its golden sandy beach stretching for 9 km. Situated right by the beach, the hotel is perfect for nature and walking lovers. You will find many bars and restaurants located on the beach front.
The property is divided into 15 low-rise buildings (maximum 3 floors) which incorporate the characteristics of the traditional architecture of the island, while respecting the natural surroundings. The resort boasts 2 large free-style swimming pools one with freshwater and the other with saltwater. The children's pool is separate and there is also a Kid's Club for your convenience.

Policies and Other Information
The hotel cannot provide any guarantee regarding late check-out, however, if they have availability they will provide this, please contact hotel on arrival to know if this is possible.
Children policy:
Infant aged up to 1.99 years - free cot.
Child aged from 2 to 12 years - free in the same board basis as sharing with at least 1 adult, the minimum charge is Single room and maximum 2 children.
Some room types may not have the capacity to allocate child beds. Please check capacity with us if you are not clear.

Cancellations made up to 3 days before client’s arrival do not have any penalties, except bookings between from 23.07 to 26.08.2012, when cancellations made after 14 days prior to arrival will be charged the full amount of stay.
For no-shows or cancellations made less than 3 days of arrival, a penalty of 4 nights will be charged.
For bookings between 23.07.2012 to 26.08.12 the full amount of the booked stay will be charged for no-shows.
Our service fee is not refundable and any refund, when applicable, will be subject to eventual bank transfer fee to be charged to the client.
