Cancellations made until 3 days or less prior to arrival will be charged 3 nights of stay.
Cancellations made from 3 to 10 days prior to arrival will be charged 2 nights of stay.

No Show - will be charged the entire stay

Our service fee is not refundable and any refund, when applicable, will be subject to eventual bank transfer fee to be charged to the client.

Late check-out policy:

Late check-out is allowed subject to availability. Please check for availability on arrival at the property.

Children less than 2 yrs, sharing with two adults, can stay free of charge. (Cot will be provided, but meals are to be paid for.)

Children from 7 - 12 years, sharing with two adults, get a discount.
